Kelly Lazar, C.A.P.A. Coordinator & Project C.A.S.C.A.D.E. Director
Kelly is a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW-S) and Licensed School Social Worker through the Ohio Department of Education. She is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University's Mandel School, where she received a Master of Science in Social Administration degree with a focus on school social work.
Jennifer Zisk-Vitron, C.A.P.A. Community Liaison
Jennifer is a Licensed Social Worker and a graduate of Cleveland State University were she obtained her Masters Degree in Social Work. She has significant experience in child abuse and neglect, working with at risk youth and their families.
Cheryl Stopar, C.A.P.A. School / Community Assistant
Cheryl is a graduate from Cleveland State University where she received her
bachelor’s degree in social work. She is an active participant of the CAPA
coalition as a parent-member and is currently completing her joint degree in social
work and chemical dependency counseling (MSW-CDCC).
