Kelly Lazar, C.A.P.A. Coordinator & Project C.A.S.C.A.D.E. Director
Kelly is a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW-S) and Licensed School Social Worker through the Ohio Department of Education. She is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University's Mandel School, where she received a Master of Science in Social Administration degree with a focus on school social work.
Jennifer Zisk-Vitron, C.A.P.A. Community Liaison
Jennifer is a Licensed Social Worker and a graduate of Cleveland State University were she obtained her Masters Degree in Social Work. She has significant experience in child abuse and neglect, working with at risk youth and their families.
Debbi Serraglio, C.A.P.A. School / Community Assistant
Debbi is a fixture in the Brecksville-Broadview Heights school district. She has three sons who attend schools in the district and is actively involved in parent-teacher groups. Debbi has a K-12 teaching certificate from Miami University and has experience with design and computer applications.
