This privacy statement discloses the privacy practices for www.bbhcapa.org, which is owned and maintained by the Chemical Abuse and Preventation Association (C.A.P.A.) of the Brecksville-Broadview Heights School District.

C.A.P.A. is concerned about the privacy of the students and families it serves as well as employees, volunteers and community members who interact with it. It is committed to protecting their personal information in keeping with privacy laws. C.A.P.A. maintains procedural, electronic, and physical safeguards to protect personal information and will not sell, rent or lease that information to others.

C.A.P.A. uses modern information and communication technologies to support our activities.  When users visit our Web site, our Web server automatically logs domain name and standard information about the operating system and Web browser that is being used.  This information is used for statistical purposes to help us manage our site but does not personally identify a user in any way.
