C.A.P.A. provides resource and referral information for
children, youth and families, and is available to assist or coordinate
activities in the community that promote the
education and prevention of alcohol, tobacco
and other drugs.
There is a wealth of information available on the Web that addresses drug and alcohol abuse, mental illness, and addiction. In our Web section you'll find links to useful Web sites on a host of issues.
We've also provided an alphabetized directory of local organizations and a synopsis of the services they offer.
